Peter Morgan is the (fictional) Head Teacher at Hailsham Community College situated in Hailsham. The College is a coeducational all-through school and sixth form with academy status, located in Hailsham, East Sussex, England. There are currently around 1160 pupils at HCC.
Hailsham Community College has five buildings, a main block, science block, craft block and sixth form block, as well as a sports hall and astro turf. The sports hall is a
£million pound lottery-funded building which was built in 2006.
The head teacher is a proponent of computers, and Information Technology. big fan of Alan Turing, the English mathematician and computer scientist, and how he cracked the Enigma code during the Second World War.
The headmaster knows of Jimmy's Dad, General Watson, but has no idea what he does in the Army. Though he has been quizzed on the subject several times informally by several agencies.
